Meet Dr. Thomas Shin, D.M.D.
Oral &s; Maxillofacial Surgeon
Dr. Thomas Shin is a resident of Virginia. He attended the University of Virginia where he studied systems engineering.
Having interest in healthcare, his graduate study focused on the patient safety and improving the systems within the operating room to reduce the human errors.
After working in a private sector, he attended the University of Pennsylvania where he earned his dental degree before completing his Oral and Maxillofacial residency at the New York Medical College.
His area of interests include dental implants and obstructive sleep apnea and has been the lead speaker for the Fairfax Dental Study Club Continuum until 2017.
